Event Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to a God & Golf Society golf day event, you acknowledge that you have read,

understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms

apply to all attendees and participants. 1. Event Overview

The God & Golf Society golf day is a recreational and community-based event that includes

participation in a round of golf, access to golf course facilities, and food provided during the event.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken entirely at your own discretion. 2. Ticket Purchase and

Agreement

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with all

event rules, golf course rules, and staff instructions. Ticket purchase constitutes a legally binding

agreement to these Terms and Conditions. 3. Strict No Refund Policy

All tickets are strictly non refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, change of mind, illness,

injury, weather conditions, travel issues, personal circumstances, or failure to attend for any reason.

Tickets are non transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by God & Golf Society. 4. Event

Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation

God & Golf Society reserves the right to modify event details, schedules, formats, or venues, and to

postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of

postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued. 5.

Assumption of Risk

Golf involves inherent risks including physical exertion, uneven terrain, weather exposure, and the

risk of being struck by golf balls, clubs, or other equipment. By attending and participating, you

voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event. 6. Liability Waiver and Release

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, God & Golf Society, its organisers, partners,

sponsors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death suffered

in connection with attendance or participation in the event. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability

that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. 7. Health and Fitness Responsibility

You confirm that you are medically and physically fit to participate and accept full responsibility for

your own health, safety, and wellbeing during the event. 8. Behaviour and Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. God & Golf Society reserves the right

to remove any attendee without refund for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour. 9. Food

and Dietary Requirements

Food may be provided as part of the event. God & Golf Society does not guarantee suitability for

specific dietary requirements or allergies. Attendees are responsible for managing their own dietary

needs. 10. Photography, Video, and Media Consent

By attending, you consent to photography and video recording and the use of your image, likeness,

and voice for marketing, promotional, and content purposes across all media platforms without

compensation. 11. Personal Belongings

Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. God & Golf Society is not liable for loss,

theft, or damage to personal property. 12. Weather Conditions

The event will proceed in most weather conditions. Weather-related discomfort or inconvenience

does not entitle ticket holders to a refund. 13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes shall be subject

to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts. 14. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and

Conditions in full.
